In den Wirtschaftsnachrichten wird fast t\u00e4glich von Unternehmenstransformationen berichtet. Aktuell ist die Digitale Transformation in aller Munde. Aber auch andere Megatrends wie Klimawandel, demografischer und sozialer Wandel oder rasante Urbanisierung verlangen von Unternehmen ein zum Teil radikales Ver\u00e4ndern der bisherigen Gesch\u00e4ftsabl\u00e4ufe und -modelle. Ebenso Firmen\u00fcbernahmen oder ein Generationenwechsel in der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung k\u00f6nnen der Ausl\u00f6ser f\u00fcr weitreichende Umbr\u00fcche des Unternehmens sein.<\/p>\n

Viele Business Transformationen scheitern<\/h2>\n

In internationalen Studien wird davon berichtet, dass \u00fcber 70% solcher Business Transformationen scheitern. Wie stark Unternehmen in der Schweiz von solchen Business Transformationen betroffen sind und vor allem wie erfolgreich sie diese vollziehen, ist aber nur unzureichend bekannt. Genau dies untersucht die HSLU Wirtschaft nun n\u00e4her zusammen mit der Schweizer Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Organisationsentwicklung und Management SGO. Im Rahmen einer Umfrage werden Unternehmen in der Schweiz gebeten, eine Eigeneinsch\u00e4tzung vorzunehmen, wie gut sie f\u00fcr solche Business Transformationen vorbereitet sind, die eigentliche Transformation zum Erfolg f\u00fchren und auf welche kritischen Transformationskompetenzen sie dabei zur\u00fcckgreifen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Faktoren, die erf\u00fcllt sein m\u00fcssen<\/h2>\n

Drei Faktoren spielen eine entscheidende Rolle, wenn eine Gesch\u00e4ftsver\u00e4nderung gelingen soll: die Bereitschaft, die grundlegenden organisationalen Voraussetzungen sowie die F\u00e4higkeiten der Organisation zu einer Transformation. Die Bereitschaft wird durch das K\u00f6nnen und Wollen der Mitarbeitenden und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte bestimmt. Organisationale Voraussetzungen werden geschaffen, in dem der gesamte Prozess einer Business Transformation Teil der Unternehmens-DNA ist (vom Erkennen bis zum nachhaltigen Verankern identifizierter Ver\u00e4nderungen). F\u00e4higkeiten eines Unternehmens f\u00fcr die Umsetzung von Transformationen beziehen sich prim\u00e4r auf Kompetenzen wie Strategisches-, Projekt-, People- oder auch Change-Management. Die Studie der HSLU deckt diese zentralen Faktoren ab und gibt Aufschluss dar\u00fcber, wie Unternehmen insgesamt f\u00fcr das Meistern von Transformationen aufgestellt sind.<\/p>\n
