In einer neuen Studie zeigt Regus, der weltweit f\u00fchrende Anbieter von Arbeitsrauml\u00f6sungen, dass Flexibilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Arbeitskr\u00e4fte eine entscheidende Rolle spielt. Viele von ihnen w\u00fcrden sogar eine Stelle ablehnen, die kein flexibles Arbeitsmodell bietet. Mehr als ein Drittel der Befragten gibt an, dass sie mit Optionen zum flexiblen Arbeiten l\u00e4nger in einem fr\u00fcheren Job geblieben w\u00e4re. Dies verdeutlicht, welch hohen Stellenwert flexibles Arbeiten unter den Besch\u00e4ftigten einnimmt.<\/p>\n

Flexibles Arbeiten<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Studie mit weltweit rund 40’000 Teilnehmern ergab, dass flexibles Arbeiten eine \u00fcberraschend breite Palette an Vorteilen bietet. Eine besondere Bedeutung kommt der k\u00fcrzeren Entfernung zwischen Arbeits- und Wohnort zu: Wenn Besch\u00e4ftigte weniger pendeln m\u00fcssen und stattdessen zu Fuss oder mit dem Velo zur Arbeit gelangen k\u00f6nnen, f\u00fchlen sie sich ausgeruhter und sind ges\u00fcnder. Vielleicht noch wichtiger ist die Tatsache, dass die Besch\u00e4ftigten durch k\u00fcrzere Arbeitswege mehr Zeit mit Familie und Freunden verbringen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Zentrale Ergebnisse der Studie:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Flexible Arbeitskr\u00e4fte haben nach Ansicht von 73 % der Befragten mehr Freizeit, da sie Arbeitsort und Arbeitsumfang w\u00e4hlen k\u00f6nnen;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Vier von f\u00fcnf Befragten geben an, dass flexible Arbeitskr\u00e4fte Berufs- und Privatleben besser in Einklang bringen k\u00f6nnen;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 63 % geben an, dass flexible Arbeitskr\u00e4fte mehr auf ihr Wohlbefinden achten;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Unternehmer sind der Ansicht, dass flexible Arbeitskr\u00e4fte dank k\u00fcrzeren Pendelwegen ausgeruhter (58 %) und ges\u00fcnder (67 %) sind und\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 dar\u00fcber hinaus mehr M\u00f6glichkeiten haben, Sport zu treiben (76 %);<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 Wesentlichster Vorteil von flexiblem Arbeiten ist nach Ansicht der Befragten jedoch, dass Arbeitskr\u00e4fte mehr Zeit mit Familie und Freunden verbringen k\u00f6nnen (94 %); daher verwundert es nicht, dass sich 98 % im Zweifel f\u00fcr eine Stelle mit flexiblem Arbeitsmodell entscheiden w\u00fcrden;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 69 % geben sogar an, dass sie eine Stelle ablehnen w\u00fcrden, die kein flexibles Arbeiten erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n
