Die Arbeitsgemeinschaft wird am 16. Januar 2016 das LNBS an der Fachveranstaltung <a href=\"http:\/\/www.swissbau.ch\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"\/\/www.swissbau.ch\" rel=\"noopener\">Swissbau<\/a> in Basel vorstellen. Dann wir auch bekannt, wann das Label offiziell lanciert wird.<\/p>\n<p>Das Label ist Teil der Strategie des Bundesrats zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung und basiert auf dem 2013 eingef\u00fchrten Standard Nachhaltiges Bauen Schweiz (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nnbs.ch\/standard-snbs\/vergabeentscheid-labelorganisation-lnbs\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"\/\/www.nnbs.ch\/standard-snbs\/vergabeentscheid-labelorganisation-lnbs\" rel=\"noopener\">SNBS<\/a>). Entwickelt wird es von der Zertifizierungsgesellschaften SGS in Kooperation mit genannten Partner sowie Experten der CSD Ingenieure, der Ecosens AG und der Hochschule Luzern.<\/p>\n<p>Das LNBS k\u00f6nne im Prinzip als thematische Weiterentwicklung von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minergie.ch\/minergie-eco-2011.html\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"\/\/www.minergie.ch\/minergie-eco-2011.html\" rel=\"noopener\">Minergie-Eco <\/a>gesehen werden, betont die SGS. Es decke zus\u00e4tzlich zu Umwelt und Gesundheit auch gesellschaftliche (Nutzung) und wirtschaftliche Aspekte (Marktwert und Handelbarkeit) eines Bauwerks ab. Bei seiner Entwicklung werde zum grossen Teil auf vorhandenes Wissen und K\u00f6nnen in der Schweizer Baubranche zur\u00fcckgegriffen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 Unterschiede<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Im Vergleich zu den international angebotenen Geb\u00e4udelabels hebt sich das LNBS gem\u00e4ss SGS in dreierlei Hinsicht ab:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Erstens bewertet es das Geb\u00e4ude nicht isoliert, sondern in seinem Kontext, das heisst, bez\u00fcglich seiner Einbettung ins Umfeld. Damit erfasst es neben den st\u00e4dtebaulichen Qualit\u00e4ten auch die Wirtschaftlichkeit und die m\u00f6glichen Nutzungen.<\/li>\n<li>Zweitens ist es wirkungsorientiert und dabei streng in den Vorgaben, aber flexibel in der Anwendung. Es l\u00e4sst der Bauherrschaft und dem Architekten Freiraum bei der Gestaltung des Bauwerks. Dies ist f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten anspruchsvoll, weil hier das Abw\u00e4gen von Sachverhalten an die Stelle des reinen Abarbeitens von Kriterien tritt. Die Zertifizierung ist also keine Multiple-Choice-Pr\u00fcfung, sondern die Beurteilung eines L\u00f6sungsvorschlags hinsichtlich seiner Wirkungen.<\/li>\n<li>Drittens konzentriert sich das Label inhaltlich auf die Aspekte mit Hebelwirkung.
