April 2016 verleiht das Swiss Excellence Forum im Rahmen der Schweizer Unternehmertagung im KKL Luzern zum siebten Mal den Swiss Ethics Award. Mit dem Award werden besondere ethische Leistungen in der Wirtschaft ausgezeichnet. Zu den letzten Award-Winnern geh\u00f6ren die Migros, Pakka AG aus Z\u00fcrich und der Berner Goldschmidmeister J\u00f6rg Eggimann.<\/p>\n<p>Wer den Swiss Ethics Award 2016 gewinnen wird, entscheidet sich am 20. April. Eine siebenk\u00f6pfige Jury, bestehend aus Ethikern, Vertretern der Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft, Theologie und Politik beurteilt die eingereichten Projekte. Nominiert sind folgende Unternehmen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>despite gmbh hat auf der Basis neuster Forschungsergebnisse ein Instrument f\u00fcr die Personalauswahl entwickelt, welches es Unternehmen erm\u00f6glicht, bei der Rekrutierung von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften auf die Integrit\u00e4t und die ethische Verantwortung zu achten.<\/li>\n<li>DieSozialfirma AG integriert handicapierte Arbeitnehmer nachhaltig in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt und setzt sich im Markt ohne Unterst\u00fctzung der \u00f6ffentlichen Hand durch.<\/li>\n<li>Weleda AG f\u00fchrt ein umfassendes Nachhaltigkeits-Managementsystem zur Verbesserung der sozialen, \u00f6konomischen und \u00f6kologischen Aspekte bei den Lieferanten entlang aller Rohstoff-Lieferketten ein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gastredner an der Veranstaltung sind Nadja Lang, Gesch\u00e4ftsleiterin Max Havelaar-Stiftung (Schweiz), Roger de Weck, Generaldirektor SRG sowie Prof. Dr. Dr. Franz Josef Radermacher, Mathematiker und Wirtschaftswissenschaftler, Universit\u00e4t Ulm.
