Juli 2016 gilt die revidierte Verordnung \u00fcber den Verkehr mit Abf\u00e4llen. Dies hat der Bundesrat best\u00e4tigt.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00c4nderungen sind haupts\u00e4chlich technischer Natur und betreffen in erster Linie die Begleitscheinpflicht f\u00fcr bestimmte andere kontrollpflichtige Abf\u00e4lle,\u00a0deren umweltvertr\u00e4gliche Entsorgung umfassende organisatorische Massnahmen erfordert. Dabei handelt es sich in der Regel um Abf\u00e4lle, die in grossen Mengen anfallen.\u00a0Das sind\u00a0etwa Altreifen oder Altfahrzeuge, deren unsachgem\u00e4sse Entsorgung die Umwelt gef\u00e4hrden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transporte elektronisch anmelden<\/strong><br \/>\nJ\u00e4hrlich bewilligt das BAFU rund 900 Gesuch f\u00fcr die Ein- und Ausfuhr von Abf\u00e4llen. In diesem Rahmen werden 75&#8217;000 Transporte durchgef\u00fchrt, die mit Begleitscheinen dokumentiert werden m\u00fcssen.\u00a0Die \u00dcbermittlung der Dokumente per Post, Fax oder E-Mail und die manuelle Erfassung in der elektronischen Datenbank ist ein grosser administrativer Aufwand f\u00fcr die Unternehmen und die zust\u00e4ndigen Beh\u00f6rden.\u00a0Per 1. Juli 2017 wird dies vereinfacht:\u00a0die elektronische \u00dcbermittlung von Meldungen \u00fcber grenz\u00fcberschreitende Abfalltransporte wird eingef\u00fchrt. Damit m\u00fcssen Exporteure nicht l\u00e4nger eine Kopie des Begleitscheins am Schweizer Zoll abgeben, sondern m\u00fcssen den Transport auf der vom BAFU zu Verf\u00fcgung gestellten Datenbank elektronisch anmelden.<\/p>\n<p>Gleichzeitig hat das UVEK die Departementsverordnung \u00fcber Listen zum Verkehr mit Abf\u00e4llen angepasst.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ab dem 1.
