(Im Bild: KEZO Hinwil)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Gegen\u00fcber dem bereits hohen Niveau des Vorjahres hat sich das Gesch\u00e4ftsklima in der Waste-to-Energy-Branche in Europa\u00a0noch einmal gebessert. Allerdings geht die Schere zwischen Betreibern und Ausr\u00fcstern von Anlagen zur thermischen Abfallverwertung weiter auseinander. W\u00e4hrend bei den Betreibern die ohnehin schon sehr gute Stimmung aus dem letzten Jahr noch einmal deutlich gestiegen ist, bleibt die Lage der Industrie schwierig.<\/p>\n<p>Die Betreiber von Anlagen zur thermischen Abfallverwertung bewerten sowohl ihre aktuelle Gesch\u00e4ftslage wie auch die zuk\u00fcnftigen Gesch\u00e4ftsaussichten positiv. Fast 80% von ihnen bewerten die aktuelle Auslastung ihrer Anlage als verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4ssig hoch. Im Vergleich zum bereits sehr positiv bewerteten Jahr 2015 berichten noch einmal 60% der Betreiber, die an der Umfrage teilnahmen, von einer gestiegenen Nachfrage auf dem Spotmarkt. Zwei Drittel konnten die hohe Auslastung des vergangenen Jahres stabilisieren, fast ein Drittel sogar noch einmal steigern.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steigende Preise erwartet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die kommenden Monate gehen 40% der Betreiber sogar von einer weiteren Verbesserung ihrer Gesch\u00e4ftslage aus, nur 1% erwartet schlechtere Gesch\u00e4fte. Da eine h\u00f6here Auslastung der eigenen Anlage in vielen F\u00e4llen kaum m\u00f6glich ist, wird die positive Gesch\u00e4ftserwartung vor allem mit weiter steigenden Preisen verbunden. Fast 60% der Befragten erwarten einen solchen Preisanstieg.<\/p>\n<p>Anders Anlagenbauer in der WtE-Branche: Diese betrachten ihre aktuelle Gesch\u00e4ftslage als schlecht. \u00dcber 50% der befragten Industrievertreter betrachten ihren Auftragsbestand als zu gering, insgesamt ist dieser in den vergangenen Monaten bei mehr Unternehmen gesunken als gestiegen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die n\u00e4here Zukunft erwartet \u00fcber die H\u00e4lfte der Unternehmen zwar keine Ver\u00e4nderung der Lage, aber immerhin ist die Zahl der Optimisten deutlich h\u00f6her als die der Pessimisten.<\/p>\n<p>Das WtE Branchenbarometer 2016 erhebt das aktuelle Gesch\u00e4ftsklima in der WtE-Branche nach einer vom IFO-Institut entwickelten Systematik. Zus\u00e4tzlich wurden Fragen zu aktuellen Entwicklungen untersucht. So wurden die Betreiber thermischer Abfallanlagen unter anderem zu ihren Erwartungen an das Kreislaufwirtschaftspaket der EU, den Folgen des Brexit oder den Firmen\u00fcbernahmen von Unternehmen aus China befragt. Die Technologieanbieter machten zus\u00e4tzlich Angaben zur Einsch\u00e4tzung der verschiedenen Marktregionen weltweit.<\/p>\n<p>Durchgef\u00fchrt wird das WtE Branchenbarometer vom K\u00f6lner Beratungsunternehmen Ecoprog GmbH.
