Ab 2020 sollen die alten Dieselfahrzeuge gar vollst\u00e4ndig aus der Innenstadt verbannt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Dies ist Teil eines Massnahmenkatalogs der Stadtregierung, eine Koalition aus den Gr\u00fcnen und der CSU, um die Luftqualit\u00e4t in der Stadt zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<p>Der Gr\u00fcne Ministerpr\u00e4sident Winfried Kretschmann fordert zudem die Einf\u00fchrung einer blauen Plakette auf Bundesebene.\u00a0Das Abzeichen, das Fahrzeuge erhalten, welche die Euro 6-Norm erf\u00fcllen, gilt in Deutschland als umstritten und wurde im letzten Jahr vom Umweltministerium auf Eis gelegt.<\/p>\n<p>Im Jahr 2016 lagen die Stickstoffdioxidwerte in Deutschland bei der Mehrzahl der Messstationen im Jahresdurchschnitt \u00fcber dem erlaubten Grenzwert von 40 Milligramm pro Kubikmeter.<\/p>\n<p>Die Euro 6 Norm wurde im Jahr 2014 eingef\u00fchrt. Laut ihr d\u00fcrften die Stickoxidemissionen bei Neuwagen nur noch bei 80 mg NOx pro Kilometer liegen &#8211; in der Realit\u00e4t liegen sie aber im Durchschnitt bei rund 600 mg NOx pro Kilometer.
