(Foto: Christoph Huber \/ pixelio.de)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Der t\u00e4gliche Strom an Pendlern stammt von einem Muster aus der industriellen Revolution, als die Menschen erstmals zur Arbeit dahin fahren mussten, wo die Maschinen standen: in die Fabrik. Noch heute pendeln wir in diese \u201cFabriken\u201d, obwohl fast die H\u00e4lfte aller Arbeitnehmer ihre Arbeit von irgendwo aus erledigen k\u00f6nnten. Wir k\u00f6nnen uns diesen Automatismus nicht mehr leisten. Jeden Tag ohne zwingenden Grund ins B\u00fcro zu pendeln ist wie im Februar eingeflogene Erdbeeren zu kaufen: ein \u00f6kologischer und \u00f6konomischer Unsinn. Der von Bundesr\u00e4tin Leuthard vorgestellte Konzeptbericht Mobility Pricing schl\u00e4gt deshalb die vermehrte Nutzung von Home Office vor. Aber wer schon Home Office nutzt, der weiss, dass dies eigene Probleme mit sich bringt: die Vermischung von Privat- und Arbeitsleben, Ablenkung, ungen\u00fcgende Infrastruktur und schwindende soziale Kontakte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arbeitsweg nicht l\u00e4nger als 15 Minuten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Genossenschaft VillageOffice will Arbeit dahin zur\u00fcckbringen, wo wir leben. Damit werden nicht nur CO2-Emissionen reduziert und Infrastrukturen entlastet, sondern auch lokale Gemeinschaften gest\u00e4rkt und flexible Arbeitsplatzmodelle erm\u00f6glicht, welche die Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und Arbeitgeberattraktivit\u00e4t erh\u00f6hen.\u00a0Der neue\u00a0Ansatz lautet entsprechend: eine professionelle, gemeinschaftlich genutzte Arbeitsumgebung, die innerhalb von 15 Minuten von zu Hause aus erreicht werden kann. Ein Ort, an dem Menschen arbeiten und sich vernetzen k\u00f6nnen, ohne zuerst durch die halbe Schweiz zu pendeln.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aktiver Beitrag zur Agenda 2030<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dieser Wandel ben\u00f6tigt Zeit und ein \u00d6kosystem, das alle n\u00f6tigen Stakeholder vernetzt. Es ist\u00a0deshalb das\u00a0Ziel, als VillageOffice Genossenschaft dieses \u00d6kosystem zu erschaffen. Als Partnerprojekt der UNO Sustainable Development Goals haben sich die Initianten\u00a0dazu verpflichtet, mit diesem Ansatz einen aktiven Beitrag zur Agenda 2030 zu leisten. Pr\u00e4sidiert wird die Genossenschaft durch David Br\u00fchlmeier. &#8222;Ich bin neun Jahre lang von Fribourg nach Z\u00fcrich gependelt und habe mich sehr \u00fcber den Zeitverlust genervt. Meine L\u00f6sung damals? Wir brauchen schnellere Z\u00fcge!&#8220; erinnert er sich an seine eigene Pendler-Erfahrung.\u00a0Im\u00a0Laufe der Zeit habe er dann\u00a0erkannt, dass wir uns als Gesellschaft fragen m\u00fcssen, ob die Pendelt\u00e4tigkeit \u00fcberhaupt sinnvoll sei. &#8222;Mit \u00fcber 2,4 Mio. Menschen, die ortsunabh\u00e4ngig arbeiten k\u00f6nnen, ist die Antwort ganz klar: Nein&#8220;, so\u00a0heute sein klares Statement.\u00a0&#8222;Wir erleben momentan einen Umbruch, wie wir ihn zum letzten Mal mit der industriellen Revolution erlebt haben. Ich m\u00f6chte meinen Beitrag leisten, diese neue Gesellschaft positiv zu pr\u00e4gen. Daf\u00fcr braucht es neue Arbeitsformen und neue Organisationen.
