Great Place to Work selects best employers in Switzerland 2025
Under the motto "Cirque de Cultures", Great Place To Work Switzerland honored the country's best employers at JED Schlieren on 15 May 2025. The prizes were awarded in five categories.
Over 330 guests celebrated this year's Best Workplaces Switzerland 2025 in the industrial ambience of JED Schlieren. The evening was all about trust, cohesion and inspiring corporate culture and also included a dash of magic.
Record participation in the largest employer assessment in Switzerland
The award was based on a comprehensive employee survey - the largest in Switzerland, according to the company. 64,578 employees from 280 organizations shared their opinions on workplace culture, trust and leadership quality. 225 of these companies were subsequently certified as a Great Place to Work - but only 75 made it onto the coveted list of Best Workplaces Switzerland 2025. They were assessed in five size categories, from micro-organizations to corporations.

Award night with acrobatics, music and magic
This year's award ceremony not only had a lot to offer in terms of content, but also in terms of atmosphere. The JED Schlieren became the backdrop for a celebration full of surprises, artistic performances and emotional highlights. Artist Corinne Mathys, ten-time Swiss acrobatic champion, thrilled the audience with her poetic and dynamic shows. Musical energy was provided by The Blackouts, who got the audience dancing with their performance. Magician Rafael Illusion enchanted the audience with his close-up magic during the aperitif.
Spotlight Awards and special prizes
Not only the best of the best were honored. The Spotlight Awards also recognized companies that demonstrated outstanding performance in specific areas:

The special prize for mental health, the Kyan Wellbeing Award, went to AbbVie Switzerland - for its comprehensive strategy to promote the mental wellbeing of its employees.
