Obrist interior AG wins the Prix SVC Zentralschweiz 2025

A great honour for Obrist interior AG: the traditional SME from Inwil, which specializes in high-quality shopfitting and interior design, was awarded the Prix SVC Zentralschweiz on 22 May 2025. The company was in the final together with the Axon Active Group, Impact Acoustic AG, Schiltrac Fahrzeugbau GmbH and Stadler Form AG.

Obrist interior AG is a leading company in the field of bespoke interior design. With around 120 experienced specialists, it creates exceptional interiors for luxury brands, business premises and private homes worldwide. The winning company offers a holistic service that covers all phases of a project - from the initial idea and planning through to production and installation. Obrist is known for creating unique, functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions. In close cooperation with the design studio Studio Tonic, creative concepts for store fitting and interior design are developed that harmonize perfectly with each other in the implementation - from the first sketch to the final interior. Urban Camenzind, jury president and Economic Director of the Canton of Uri, honored the winner in his laudatory speech and highlighted her outstanding achievements. "The expert jury was impressed by the successful combination of traditional craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technology. Working closely together, customer advisors, project managers, planners and production specialists process a wide variety of materials such as wood, metal and glass into high-quality store and interior fittings; true works of art, created in Central Switzerland for the global market."

Axon Active Group and Schiltrac Fahrzeugbau GmbH win second and third place

Second place goes to the Axon Active Group from Lucerne, which specializes in digital transformation and agile software development. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in the historic Schlössli Schönegg, the company aims to support companies with the challenges of digital transformation. Axon Active offers a wide range of services based on agile principles. With an international team in Switzerland and Vietnam, the group develops customized software solutions that combine efficiency and sustainability across the entire product life cycle. These include, for example, AI-supported systems for better management of commuter flows in public transport.

In third place is Schiltrac Fahrzeugbau GmbH, which was founded in 1993 and has built up an excellent reputation in the development of special transporters for a wide range of industries. With many years of experience, the company manufactures individual vehicle solutions for agriculture, the municipal sector, the fire department, forestry and the construction industry. Thanks to innovative technology, the vehicles are particularly suitable for use in challenging terrain and alpine regions - where conventional vehicles reach their limits. Their high payload and robust design make them particularly reliable and powerful work machines.

Diploma ranks for Stadler Form AG and Impact Acoustic AG

Founded in 1998, Zug-based Stadler Form AG - a leading company in the field of household appliances for optimizing the indoor climate - was awarded a diploma. Known for its humidifiers, aroma diffusers and dehumidifiers, the SME combines aesthetic design with energy-efficient technology. With a clear focus on sustainability and user-friendliness, Stadler Form offers solutions that improve the indoor climate and increase the comfort of its customers. The focus is always on quality and innovation.

Impact Acoustic AG was also ranked in the diploma category. Since it was founded in 2019, the Lucerne-based company has specialized in sustainable acoustic solutions. It offers customized products for offices, restaurants, hotels and public buildings that not only improve room acoustics but also protect the environment. With innovative, reusable materials and creative design, Impact Acoustic ensures excellent sound absorption and sound quality - thereby increasing the well-being of users as well as their productivity.

Meeting of the Central Swiss economy

For the tenth time, the SVC (Swiss Venture Club) awarded the Prix SVC Zentralschweiz to exemplary small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from the region. The anniversary edition at the KKL Lucerne offered the 900 guests from business, politics, society and the media inspiring insights into the region's diverse entrepreneurship. Daniel Cottini, OC President of the Prix SVC Central Switzerland, emphasized: "The five award winners are outstanding examples of the strong entrepreneurship in Central Switzerland. What unites and distinguishes them all is their track record of sustainable growth, their unique capacity for innovation and their entrepreneurial courage. We want to offer these SME success stories a platform at the Prix SVC and give them the recognition they deserve.

Fabienne Louves provided the musical backdrop to the award ceremony, performing two songs with her strong voice. Sabine Keller-Busse, Head of Switzerland at main sponsor UBS, also gave a keynote speech in which she pointed out the growth-promoting Swiss mix of SMEs and large companies, which has proven to be crisis-proof time and time again.
