IT service provider T&N arranges succession
After 30 years, the T&N Group is taking an important step in its development: the Swiss IT service provider for IT and telecommunications is settling the succession of company founders Brigitte and Hermann Graf and is now part of WTG Holding GmbH.

For almost 30 years, the T&N Group has been an important constant in the ICT landscape in Switzerland and Austria. Founded in October 1996, an ambitious vision has developed into a company with around 180 employees at 12 locations. Today, the company is a valued partner for ICT services, IT security, cloud computing and many other solutions.
An important step
After careful preparation, the company founders Brigitte and Hermann Graf have decided to arrange the succession for the T&N Group and thus secure the long-term development of the company. In this context, WTG Holding GmbH, based in Berlin, acquired 100 % of the shares in T&N Holding and thus all affiliated companies in Switzerland and Austria on May 27, 2025. Like T&N, WTG is a family business with an impressive 112-year history and is represented with 12 locations in Germany, a software development facility in Poland and a small site in Switzerland.
Synergies and new perspectives
WTG and the T&N Group are a perfect match, according to a press release published to mark the occasion. "Where strengths overlap, powerful synergies are created and new opportunities and perspectives open up in areas that were previously only covered by one of the two companies," T&N announced.
The group of companies will cover Switzerland and Austria within the WTG Group and retain its independence. For customers, this step means that they will benefit from the new synergies in the future. The range of services will be expanded in a targeted manner, and the enlarged network will also ensure positive developments. At the same time, customers can rely on the usual T&N quality, the company promises.
Change and consistency
The company is moving into the future not only with the same company name, but also with a strong team behind it. Employment contracts, tasks, locations and responsibilities will remain unchanged. T&N's management team will also remain in place for the time being, which should ensure continuity and reliability. Company founder Hermann Graf will remain CEO and a member of the Board of Directors until March 31, 2026. After that, he will continue to sit on the Board of Directors and advise the new owners. A suitable person is being sought to succeed him as CEO.
Growing together
"It was crucial for us to find a solution that would create synergies and innovation potential - double the energy for a good future," says Hermann Graf, explaining the decision. "We are building on the commitment and skills of our employees, because each and every one of them contributes to our joint success." With this development step, the T&N Group can further strengthen its position in the market, emphasizes Hermann Graf. "In WTG, we have found a partner who shares our values and with whom we can grow together. We look forward to continuing the T&N success story together - with new chapters and exciting prospects."
