Over the past quarter of a century, Beat Guhl has developed Sky-Frame from a metal construction company into the international market leader for frameless window solutions. He is now handing over the reins to Angelo Razzino, who already knows the company well. This internal succession plan has been carefully prepared over several years, writes Beat Guhl in a personal letter to customers and business partners. "With Angelo Razzino, a leader who has known Sky-Frame for nine years and most recently worked as Chief Sales Officer is taking over. During this time, he has not only shaped international sales, but has also been responsible for our subsidiaries and driven their strategic development. His election not only stands for continuity, but also for a clear commitment to customer proximity: "Angelo knows the needs of our customers at first hand - and will bring this focus to bear even more strongly in the future direction of Sky-Frame," says Beat Guhl. He continues: "I am convinced that an entrepreneur assumes his responsibility when he has made clear and forward-looking arrangements for his succession. That time has now come for me." With the new management team, Sky-Frame is ensuring continuity in strategic and operational responsibility.

New composition of the Executive Board

Angelo Razzino is therefore not taking on the succession unprepared. "For me, taking on this succession is much more than just a professional step - it is an honor and at the same time an obligation to continue the life's work of the founder with respect and responsibility. I look forward to continuing Sky-Frame's success story together with a strong team," he says of his new role.

The new Executive Board is also made up of long-standing managers and employees: In addition to Angelo Razzino (CEO), Reto Honegger (CFO), Andrea Zürcher (CMO) and Maurin Müller (COO) are members of the new Executive Board. All members of the Executive Board are participating in the option program, which allows them to gradually acquire shares in the company - a clear sign of their commitment and confidence in the future of Sky-Frame. There will also be a change on the Board of Directors: Beat Spalinger, Vice Chairman for the past six years, will take over as Chairman. Beat Guhl will remain closely associated with the company as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and as majority shareholder. He will also take over as interim Head of System Development until the new Head takes over at the end of 2025.
