With the acquisition of the two companies iSPIN and Koch IT, Adnovum is expanding its existing cybersecurity offering with a Swiss-based Security Operating Center (SOC) that is well established in the market. It is also strengthening its expertise and capacities in managed security services and system engineering as well as in the development of customized software. Adnovum can also expand its portfolio on the customer side, including in the energy, financial and public sectors.

Trusted partner for secure digitalization

With the acquisitions, Adnovum will become a trusted partner for companies and organizations, offering the entire lifecycle of digital solutions securely and from a single source: from consulting, development, operation and maintenance to 24/7 security monitoring - with Swiss expertise and support from international teams.

iSPIN completes the cybersecurity solutions

With iSPIN, 40 IT specialists are joining Adnovum. Founded in 1999, iSPIN has developed into a leading provider of cybersecurity and network solutions as well as consulting services in the field of IT security. The iSPIN portfolio optimally complements Adnovum's existing identity and access management solutions. The result is one of the broadest cybersecurity offerings on the market from a purely Swiss source - a decisive criterion for more and more companies and organizations.

Koch IT strengthens its portfolio

Koch IT employs 25 people and is one of the leading providers of IT, software engineering and project services for companies and public authorities with very high information security requirements. With its «made in Switzerland» services, Koch IT complements Adnovum's portfolio of services specifically for customers in the public sector.

Continuity ensured

According to Adnovum, the top priority in the integration of the two companies is the customers, who should receive the usual reliable services of the highest quality, as well as the employees of the companies involved. Samuel Bärfuss, currently CEO of iSPIN and Koch IT, will remain on board and will shape the integration together with the Adnovum management team, thus ensuring continuity. All three companies pursue a sustainable corporate strategy based on a culture of trust. As people companies, they see their employees as their most valuable resource and promote well-being, motivation and personal development, because the success of the business depends directly on the commitment and skills of the employees.
