The manufacturer Netskope presents Netskope One AgentSkope, a new intelligent level of the Netskope One platform. It enables companies to provide AI agents that can execute end-to-end workflows. AgentSkope automates time-consuming operational processes and frees up qualified personnel so that they can focus on strategic initiatives.

Capacity bottlenecks in security and network operations teams

Security Operations Centers (SOC) and Network Operations Centers (NOC) face considerable challenges: According to a 2025 study by Software Analyst Cyber Research (SACR), 40 percent of all alerts are not investigated due to a lack of capacity. AgentSkope addresses these systemic capacity issues, reduces operational complexity and acts as an autonomous performance multiplier for affected teams.

The platform provides the foundation to create and deploy AI agents quickly and efficiently. It creates a set of security, privacy and GRC controls, ensures a consistent user experience and tracks agent utilization across platforms. By 2028, Gartner predicted in January 2026, AI agents for cybersecurity will autonomously manage 25 percent of incident response workflows for data security incidents.

Six specialized AI agents in the first version

The first version of AgentSkope comprises six agents, with more to follow in the coming months. The Netskope DLP AISecOps agent mimics the actions of a security analyst, executing end-to-end data protection workflows and applying contextual risk assessment, intelligent triage and agent-based remediation. A global services company in beta is already using this agent to analyze millions of alerts and turn them into dozens of automatically investigated cases within minutes.

The Netskope Insider Threat AISecOps Agent focuses on triage and analysis of insider threats by combining DLP alerts with user behavior data. The Netskope Private Access AIOps Agent automatically checks configurations, removes unused settings and generates detailed application segments and policies based on usage patterns. Netskope DEM Data Intelligence Agent optimizes troubleshooting of user experience issues by turning telemetry data into actionable insights via natural language. Netskope DEM Insights Agent correlates telemetry data to uncover critical incidents, trends and performance bottlenecks. The Netskope CCI Insights Agent enables SOC analysts to query risk attributes and compliance certifications for more than 85,000 cloud, AI and SaaS applications via natural language.

Strategic relief for security teams

Sanjay Beri, co-founder and CEO of Netskope, explains: «Security and network operations teams today are overwhelmed with an endless cycle of manual triage and slowed down by repetitive tasks across disparate tools, leading to high analyst burnout, an inability to innovate quickly and unmanaged risk. That's why we developed AgentSkope, which acts as an autonomous performance multiplier and provides a common architectural foundation that enables organizations to easily deploy AI agents capable of executing end-to-end workflows.»

AgentSkope and the agents DLP AISecOps, CCI Insights, Private Access AIOps, DEM Data Intelligence and DEM Insights are generally available. The Insider Threat AISecOps Agent is currently in the preview version. From May 2026, Netskope will go on tour with its «AI Fast Lane» events in various cities worldwide.
