FileWave, a global leader in cross-platform endpoint management, has announced a founder-led realignment. Company founder Nurdan Eris returns as Chief Executive Officer and appoints Nikola Gander as Co-CEO. The new dual leadership will drive product innovation, operational excellence and a long-term customer focus in sovereign, security-critical environments.

The Swiss company, based in Wil, has been a partner to schools, universities, businesses and public sector organizations for over 27 years. As organizations in government, education, healthcare and regulated industries increasingly value data sovereignty and operational resilience, FileWave is expanding its focus to secure endpoint management solutions for cloud, hybrid and on-premise environments.

«I am delighted to be returning to FileWave,» says Nurdan Eris, founder and CEO. «We are returning to what made this company what it is: listening closely to our customers and letting their needs drive the roadmap. Our core technical teams are fully on board and we are shaping the future of FileWave together with the people who use our product every day.»

Positioned for the next era of endpoint management

FileWave has built its reputation on deep technical expertise and flexible deployment across Apple, Windows, Android, ChromeOS and increasingly Linux. Together with the long-standing team in engineering, product, customer lifecycle and support, the leadership plans to deepen the collaboration with customers, strategic partners and system integrators and further develop the platform roadmap specifically for regulated and security-sensitive environments.

A management team that is designed for implementation

Nikola Gander brings experience in operational scaling and strategic growth. At GenTwo he structured investment solutions worth over 450 million US dollars, led business development initiatives at Aisot Technologies and is Executive Chairman of Valmont Venture.

«FileWave has a strong foundation: a trusted platform, deep technical expertise and long-standing customer relationships,» says Nikola Gander, Co-CEO. «Our focus is now on disciplined execution, closer alignment with our customers and strategic expansion in environments where security, flexibility and operational resilience are increasingly important.»

Global infrastructure, local trust

With a global infrastructure and a follow-the-sun support approach, business continuity remains FileWave's core promise. Customers can always reach a real contact person who knows their environment. The USA remains the largest market. At the same time, FileWave is expanding its presence in Europe from its Swiss headquarters, where demand for sovereign infrastructure solutions in administration, education, healthcare and regulated industries continues to grow.

FileWave provides unified endpoint management for organizations operating in complex multi-platform environments. With support for cloud, hybrid and on-premise deployments, FileWave helps to securely manage devices on a large scale - with full operational flexibility and data sovereignty. The company is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and manages millions of devices worldwide.
