Greenovation Summit 2026: Focus on Sustainable Entrepreneurship
On September 10, 2026, the Greenovation Summit will take place at Blumer Lehmann’s headquarters in Gossau—for the third time. This Eastern Swiss conference on sustainable and innovative entrepreneurship brings together decision-makers from SMEs, startups, and established companies. The focus will be on practical experiences, innovative business models, and networking among participants.

For many companies, sustainability has long been more than just a social responsibility. It is increasingly becoming a competitive advantage, a source of innovation, and a prerequisite for long-term success. The Greenovation Summit, taking place on September 10, 2026, at Blumer Lehmann’s headquarters in Gossau, SG, will demonstrate how sustainable entrepreneurship can be put into practice.
For the third time, the Galledia conference is bringing together decision-makers from SMEs, startups, and established companies in Eastern Switzerland. The focus is on practical experiences, innovative business models, and networking among entrepreneurs. Blumer Lehmann is joining as a Presenting Partner: The company is not only providing the venue but is also actively helping to shape the event. Also new to the lineup are Green Days as an Impact Partner and Migros Catering Services as the Dinner Partner.
Electric Mobility, the Circular Economy, and Municipal Initiatives
Martin Kyburz, founder and CEO of Kyburz Switzerland, will kick off the event. He’ll provide insight into how his company combines electric mobility with the circular economy and is breaking new ground with innovative multi-use and recycling concepts. Another key focus is the «Mission 100 in 100» initiative: In a discussion, Lucas Keel, mayor of Uzwil, and Karin Aerni, city council member of Diepoldsau, will explore how municipalities can work with their residents to take concrete steps toward a more sustainable future.
Breakout sessions and other insights
In two parallel breakout sessions, participants will gain in-depth insights into various aspects of sustainable entrepreneurship. Josephine Bartz, Head of Sustainability at Blumer Lehmann, will share practical experiences and shed light on the dynamics behind the buzzword “sustainability.” Jojo Casanova, founder of Kompotoi, will explain how his company views waste as a raw material and is thereby rethinking the circular economy.
Further insights are provided by Gianina Viglino-Caviezel, co-founder and CEO of Aion, and behavioral economist Gerhard Fehr, co-founder of Fehr Advice. While Viglino-Caviezel highlights how companies can strategically leverage sustainability to tap into new opportunities, Fehr focuses on the question of how climate protection measures must be designed and communicated in order to be truly effective.
Greenovation Award and Networking
A highlight of the afternoon is the presentation of the Greenovation Award. The award honors companies and organizations from Eastern Switzerland that exemplify sustainable entrepreneurship through innovative projects and tangible results, thereby serving as role models for others. The Greenovation Summit will be moderated by Mona Vetsch. The subsequent reception and buffet-style dinner will focus on personal interaction and networking among the participants.
The Greenovation Summit will take place on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at Blumer Lehmann’s headquarters in Gossau, SG. Doors open at 1:30 p.m., and the program begins at 2:00 p.m. For more information and to register: www.greenovation-summit.ch
