Axept Acquires Aandarta and Expands Its Center of Excellence for Digital Construction and Real Estate Solutions
Axept Business Software is acquiring Aandarta, thereby combining its long-standing expertise in AbaImmo and real estate with a broad portfolio of digital solutions. Together, they are creating a high-performance center of excellence for construction and real estate companies in Switzerland. The merger strengthens the offerings for over 250 customers across the entire value chain.

With Axept Business Software’s acquisition of Aandarta, two established Swiss companies are joining forces in the field of digitizing construction and real estate processes. The merger combines Aandarta’s proven expertise in AbaImmo and real estate with the Axept Group’s broad portfolio of solutions—thereby laying the foundation for a leading center of excellence in the industry.
Two Areas of Expertise, One Vision
Aandarta is one of Switzerland’s leading specialists in AbaImmo solutions and the digitization of real estate processes. Since its founding in 2008, the Wallisellen-based company has built a client base of over 250 customers in the Swiss real estate market and played a key role in the conceptual development of AbaImmo—from the initial development phase (2008–2012) to the co-development of the ImmoApp. Axept, for its part, has been operating as an innovative software company since 2006 and, with more than 2,000 successfully completed projects, has established a strong position in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, finance, and healthcare.
The merger is driven by a clear strategic vision: to enable construction and real estate companies to benefit from integrated, innovative, and future-proof software solutions that cover the entire value chain. Aandarta brings its expertise in real estate management and AbaImmo to the table. Axept complements this with solutions in the areas of Abacus Business Software, digital construction management via PROVIS, data management, and business intelligence.
«With Aandarta, we are gaining one of the most experienced and competent teams in the Swiss AbaImmo ecosystem. Together, we are creating a leading center of excellence for digital construction and real estate solutions and will offer our customers even more industry expertise, innovative strength, and investment security in the future,» said Raphael Kohler, CEO of Axept Business Software, commenting on the transaction.
Added value for customers of both companies
For the existing clients of both companies, the merger opens up additional opportunities. Aandarta’s proven real estate expertise will be combined with the expanded range of services offered by the Axept Group. This includes leading AbaImmo expertise for housing cooperatives, real estate trustees, and institutional investors; access to PROVIS Construction Management for the digital planning and management of construction projects; and expanded capabilities in data management and business intelligence. In addition, there are comprehensive Abacus solutions for finance, human resources, administration, and time tracking, as well as a larger consulting and support team with a nationwide presence at ten locations across Switzerland.
Existing Aandarta customers can continue to count on the same reliable support. Their current points of contact will remain the same, and ongoing projects will continue as usual. The Aandarta brand will remain visible during a transition period, and the integration will take place gradually.
The experienced team will remain intact
The Aandarta team will remain intact and will become an important part of the joint real estate center of excellence. The Wallisellen office will also remain open. Aandarta’s many years of industry knowledge and established expertise in serving clients will be specifically incorporated into the joint development efforts.
Carmine De Masi, CEO of Aandarta: «Aandarta brings many years of deep-rooted expertise in AbaImmo and real estate to the Axept Group. At the same time, the partnership with Axept opens up new opportunities for us to expand our service offerings and provide our customers with additional solutions across their entire value chain. We see this as a strong foundation for further developing our market position and jointly driving innovation in the real estate industry.»
The combined group of companies will have more than 250 employees and a nationwide presence in Switzerland. The combination of real estate management, construction management, Abacus Business Software, as well as data management and business intelligence enables the end-to-end digitization of core business processes—from real estate-specific processes to overarching business management requirements.
