The Swiss management consulting firm OPCORE Partners and the German AI software provider Pryvet are combining their expertise to jointly establish Rinascai. The new consulting firm aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises and corporations in the DACH region and Central Europe, from AI strategy through to practical implementation. OPCORE brings expertise in strategy, digital transformation, and scaling, while Pryvet contributes its proprietary AI technology for the data-privacy-compliant deployment of AI applications.
AI Office as a Core Offering
At the heart of Rinascai’s offerings is the AI Office, which helps companies manage AI projects across departments and integrate them into day-to-day operations. To achieve this, Rinascai combines expertise in processes, data, and technology. The technology used depends on the specific use case—ranging from Rinascai’s own software suite, designed with data protection and compliance in mind, to solutions from leading AI providers. For each use case, costs are weighed against measured impact, enabling companies to identify which projects are truly worthwhile. At the same time, Rinascai builds internal capabilities and gradually transfers responsibility to the company’s teams.
«Companies don’t need yet another strategy consulting firm, and certainly not even more expensive AI tools. What they need is a partner who actually implements AI and ensures that the investment pays off,» says Stefan Wetzler, Managing Partner of OPCORE Partners AG and Co-CEO of Rinascai. «In conversations with decision-makers, we hear about the same problems time and again: Some don’t yet know exactly what they need or what the concrete benefits are, while others have already launched numerous pilot projects without seeing any measurable added value. With Rinascai, we want to bridge this gap and deploy AI where it truly makes a difference in business.»
Over 1,000 AI use cases evaluated
Rinascai’s six-person founding team brings extensive experience in corporate practice and consulting and has already identified and evaluated more than 1,000 AI use cases in companies. The founders themselves have held leadership roles in key areas such as procurement, planning, logistics, marketing, e-commerce, and finance. Rinascai combines this business acumen with its own AI and software expertise to identify use cases that create tangible economic value.
«With Pryvet, we’ve seen just how much interest there is in AI among companies—but also that good software alone isn’t enough. Companies need to know where AI really pays off, how to create the right conditions, and how to turn initial projects into solutions that work in everyday business,» says Michael Witzenleiter, formerly at Pryvet and soon-to-be managing director of Rinascai Germany. «That’s exactly what we can now offer as a one-stop solution with Rinascai: We combine business acumen with technology and support companies from the initial idea through to ongoing implementation.»
