care4IT appoints Urs Prantl to the Board of Directors

care4IT has been growing at double-digit rates for years. Recently, the threshold of 30 qualified employees and an annual turnover of CHF 6.5 million was passed. The "everything from a single source" offering from care4IT.ch includes IT consulting, design and planning as well as the implementation of complete IT infrastructure solutions for data, voice and video. The on-premise and cloud infrastructures put into operation are monitored in real time, maintained and replaced if necessary.

In order to manage growth more efficiently, the two owners Philipp Hollerer and Matthias Naber decided to transform their company into a public limited company and bring Urs Prantl on board as an external board member. He has been supporting the company since 2016 and has been advising the owner duo on strategic issues ever since. 

Increasing professionalization on the way to Vision 2030

Numerous strategic initiatives on which the care4IT team is constantly working, including the appointment of Urs Prantl as an external member of the Board of Directors and the change of name, are consistently geared towards achieving Vision 2030. As a specialized managed service provider, care4IT has set itself the ambitious goal of managing 100,000 devices under contract by the end of the decade.
