Succession specialist Continuum AG strengthens its workforce
Continuum AG, based in St.Gallen, Zurich and Staufen b. Lenzburg, is strengthening its team of partners and further expanding its management structure. The company continues to focus holistically on succession processes.

Heini O. Seger joined the management team of Continuum AG as an Associate Partner on May 1, 2025. The experienced consultant and coach brings many years of expertise in supporting family businesses and strengthens the St.Gallen office. In addition to Seger, the partner team includes Dr. Stefan Schneider, Rolf Brunner, Susanne Kutterer-Schacht and Matt Moser. With effect from May 2025, Rolf Brunner will step down from the Board of Directors and act as Senior Partner. Yannick Brunner will take over as Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Dr. Stefan Schneider will remain on the Board as a member. The company is also establishing an Advisory Board with the following experienced individuals as of June 2025: Hanspeter Thür (Former Chairman of the Board of Directors), Rolf Brunner (Co-Head of Continuum GmbH Karlsruhe, former Chairman of the Board and partner of Continuum AG), Susanne Kutterer-Schacht (Head of Continuum GmbH Karlsruhe) and Peter Villiger (Co-owner of Villiger Steuerberatung AG, St. Gallen). The Advisory Board will play an active role in shaping the strategic development of Continuum AG.
By expanding its workforce, succession specialist Continuum AG is strengthening its position as a holistic advisor in the field of company succession. "Succession is not an event, but a process," emphasizes Dr. Stefan Schneider. For over two decades, the consultancy has taken an integrative approach that focuses on both the company and the entrepreneurial family. The focus is on the "3sixty" check to determine the current situation in four dimensions (person, family, company, assets) and individually developed family constitutions. These create clarity about roles, values and expectations and thus prevent long-term conflicts. The next generation ("NextGen") also receives targeted support - with coaching, strategy workshops and methods for clarifying roles. The aim is to find a viable solution for everyone involved - operationally, emotionally and strategically. "We see ourselves as orchestrators of complex change," summarizes Yannick Brunner. "With our expanded team and the new advisory board, we are ideally positioned to support entrepreneurial families and their family businesses in this crucial phase with confidence, experience and the necessary sense of proportion."
