CEO change at Netrics
Netrics is set for a change in the company management: On August 1, 2025, Netrics COO Andreas Hohl will take over the role of CEO. He succeeds Pascal Kocher, who will remain associated with Netrics as an advisor and investor.

Netrics has undergone consistent strategic, organizational and cultural development in recent years and is now a leading managed service provider (MSP) in Switzerland. This development has been shaped and driven in particular by CEO Pascal Kocher. Under his leadership, Netrics has consistently expanded its service portfolio, successfully integrated several companies and gained a strong partner for further strategic development with the entry of BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital.
Pascal Kocher is now handing over the position of CEO to Andreas Hohl, currently COO of Netrics AG, as of August 1, 2025. "We would like to sincerely thank Pascal Kocher for his many years of commitment and his formative impulses. Netrics today has a clear strategic focus, is ideally positioned in the market and is therefore very well equipped for the future," says Frank Riemensperger, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Netrics Group. Pascal Kocher will remain with the company as an advisor and investor.
Pascal Kocher's successor Andreas Hohl has been part of the Netrics management team since March 2025 and brings with him over 20 years of experience in managing and developing companies, including as COO at UMB and CIO at Vitra. "In Andreas Hohl, we have found an ideal successor: well-established both internally and externally and with a clear understanding of the market, customers and goals. This appointment stands for continuity and clarity - both of which are crucial for us to consistently continue on our chosen course," says Frank Riemensperger.
Andreas Hohl adds: "I am very pleased to be able to sharpen our focus as CEO: To further develop Netrics as a leading MSP provider - with modern technologies, high automation and creating value for and with customers who not only want to become more digital, but also stronger in the competitive market."
Andreas Hohl is an industrial engineer and has completed various further training courses in leadership and management, including at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
