Best Managed Companies Award: Three Swiss winners
The Mantu Group, Killer Interior and Swixx Biopharma were recognized for their exemplary leadership. They impressed an independent jury with their high level of agility, resilience and strong sense of innovation.

The current business environment is extremely challenging: geopolitical instability, the threat of restrictions on international trade and labor shortages are just some of the risks that companies have to respond to virtually simultaneously.
Following a strict selection process, Deloitte has presented the Best Managed Companies Award to some of these companies that have succeeded in doing so and have also developed successfully. Andreas Bodenmann, Program Manager and Head of Deloitte Private, comments: "The award-winning companies have achieved extraordinary things. In a very volatile and challenging environment, the company managements have impressively demonstrated that they manage their companies in an exemplary manner."
Four central pillars for the evaluation process
The award is preceded by an intensive, multi-stage coaching and assessment process that all participating companies must undergo. The focus is on assessing performance in the four core areas of strategy, productivity and innovation, culture and commitment as well as governance and finance. Companies that perform above average in all four categories have a chance of winning the award. The award is presented with the support of the SIX Swiss Exchange, the private bank Julius Baer and the marketing agency WillisHenry.
Exemplary corporate governance: the winners 2025
The following three unlisted companies were recognized as Best Managed Companies:
- Mantu Group SA: Mantu is an independent global consulting services provider. The cooperative network of companies creates synergies and exchanges expertise to help clients achieve rapid and sustainable success.
- Killer Interior AG: Killer was founded in 1936 and employs over 100 people. Its services and core competencies range from design and planning to the production, distribution and installation of high-quality store and interior furnishings in Switzerland and abroad.

13 requalifiers - three receive Gold Standard
The competition does not end after one year: all companies can regularly undergo the same examination, take part in workshops and qualify again. This year, thirteen companies that had previously won the Best Managed Companies Award succeeded in doing so.

Particularly noteworthy are three companies that have qualified for the Best Managed Companies Award several years in a row. These companies have therefore been awarded the Gold Standard of the program. This is only the second year in the history of the program in Switzerland that companies have been honored with this award.
- Groupe Acrotec SA - awarded the Gold Standard
- ATP adhesive systems AG
- Capri Sun Group - awarded the Gold Standard

- ECSA Group
- Läderach Switzerland AG
- Ospelt Group

The prizes were awarded at a large, festive awards gala in The Hall in Zurich in front of around 250 business representatives.
Commitment to Switzerland as a business location
The companies honored with the Best Managed Companies Award are at the top of their industries. They have demonstrated an impressive level of creativity and innovative capacity while remaining true to their core values. As drivers of innovation, privately managed companies are important for a diverse and strong Swiss economy. As an audit and advisory firm, Deloitte supports these companies with their challenges in the areas of growth, compliance, reporting and auditing.
Once again this year, an independent jury assessed the participating companies: Jens Breu, CEO of the SFS Group; Dr. med. Katharina Gasser, General Manager at Roche Pharma Switzerland; Thorsten Hartmann, Branch Manager of Bank Julius Bär & Co. AG in Basel; Prof. Dr. Thomas Straub, Professor of International Management at the University of Geneva; and Tanja Vainio, Country President of Schneider Electric Switzerland.
