Sebastian Tobien strengthens the management of the Interiman Group

The Interiman Group is a leading Swiss provider of personnel services. The Group has filled the position of Lead Strategic Business Solutions in the Digital & Marketing department with Sebastian Tobien. With this decision, the Interiman Group is driving forward its Group-wide digitalization strategy and laying the foundation for technology-supported service processes across all twelve brands that belong to the Group. Sebastian Tobien has over 15 years of management experience in the hotel and event industry. As CEO of dean&david Switzerland, he successfully led the restructuring and repositioning of the company during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most recently, he headed Congress Kursaal Interlaken AG, where he shaped the strategic realignment and successfully implemented numerous process and digitalization initiatives. "Digital efficiency and analogue excellence are not a contradiction in terms - on the contrary, they are the success factor of modern HR services," emphasizes Sebastian Tobien. "I see my role as working with the teams to develop solutions that create real added value - for employees, customers and candidates."

His new role will focus on identifying, developing and implementing scalable solutions for business processes, systems and platforms.
