With «TreuhandGPT,» more than 2,000 Swiss fiduciary offices now have direct access to an AI platform developed specifically for them and compliant with data protection regulations. The innovative solution, a collaboration between TREUHAND|SUISSE and Zurich-based AI specialist Connect AI, is securely operated on Swiss infrastructure by PeakPrivacy and requires no complex implementation effort.

Swiss AI solution compliant with data protection regulations

Small and medium-sized fiduciary companies in particular benefit, as they can secure their digital connection without having their own innovation departments or IT projects. «Our members cannot afford to miss the AI train,» emphasizes Dario D'Acquarica, head of the Treuhand 4.0 institute at TREUHAND|SUISSE. Until now, AI tools such as ChatGPT were considered taboo in many fiduciary offices due to uncertainties regarding data protection and hosting. TreuhandGPT now offers the first sovereign, practice-oriented alternative that keeps customer and business data securely within Switzerland.

Collective intelligence becomes an industry advantage

A special feature is the cooperative development model: instead of searching for solutions in isolation, the offices combine their practical knowledge and test and improve the AI collaboratively. «The key is to develop AI that delivers real business benefits,» says Connect AI CEO Matthias Zwingli. Five specialized AI agents—including tax and translation services—provide support right from the start and make the application easy and straightforward to use.

According to the two organizations involved, TreuhandGPT is already considered a blueprint for other SME sectors. Its introduction marks a turning point and sets a new standard for secure, practical, and collaborative AI solutions «Made in Switzerland,» as they say.
