Emma Page appointed new managing director of T&N

Swiss IT company T&N, based in Dietlikon, will have a new managing director from January 1, 2026: Emma Page. She will succeed company founder Hermann Graf. Following the merger with WTG Holding GmbH, the management position has also been reorganized.

T&N was founded in 1996. In almost 30 years, an ambitious vision has grown into a company with around 180 employees at 12 locations in Switzerland and Austria. By merging with WTG Holding GmbH, company founders Brigitte and Hermann Graf laid the foundation for the successful and future-oriented continuation of the company. The company succession was successfully completed. through the merger with WTG Holding GmbH successfully resolved. At the beginning of September 2025, Emma Page, a proven leader in the ICT industry, was introduced as the new CEO. She was prepared for her new role by Hermann Graf, who will continue to serve as CEO until the end of the year. On January 1, 2026, Emma Page will then take over the management of the proven executive team with the aim of building on successes and driving new initiatives forward. Hermann Graf will actively support the transition until the end of March 2026 and will continue to support the new owners and Emma Page with his experience on the Board of Directors.

Emma Page brings extensive experience from the ICT industry, particularly in the areas of transformation, digitalization, sales, and operations. Most recently, she served as Vice President of B2B Operations & Digital at Sunrise UPC, where she was responsible for over 250 employees and numerous strategic projects. She will work with the T&N team to continue the company's successful development and tap into new potential.
