Servisa Foundations: Transfer of management to a separate company planned
The Boards of Trustees of the Servisa Collective Foundation and the Servisa Supra Collective Foundation have decided, in consultation with Helvetia Baloise, to transfer the management of the pension fund to a separate company in future.

The management of the Servisa collective foundations is currently delegated to Helvetia Baloise. The transfer of management to a separate company is intended to further strengthen the independence of the two collective foundations in the interests of the insured persons, as detailed in a press release. The transfer of services from Helvetia Baloise to the Servisa operating company will take place gradually and with the support of Helvetia Baloise as a partner. During this transitional period, Helvetia Baloise will continue to provide services for Servisa. The contracting parties have expressed their intention to reach an agreement on the continuation of the insurance contract relationship in 2026.
Helvetia Baloise is the largest all-lines insurer in Switzerland and, with around 13 million customers and 22,000 employees, is one of the leading insurance groups in Europe. Servisa, on the other hand, is one of the largest pension funds in Switzerland with total assets of CHF 13 billion and 79,ooo insured persons. It consists of two independent foundations: Servisa Collective Foundation and Servisa Supra Collective Foundation for supplementary executive pension solutions.
