Britta Weber becomes new CEO of the Hupac Group
The Hupac Group has appointed Britta Weber (42) as its new CEO. The current Vice President UPS Healthcare for Europe and Asia will join the Hupac Group on July 1, 2026, making her the first woman to head the company. She succeeds Michail Stahlhut, whose resignation has already been announced.

In almost 60 years of company history, Britta Weber is only the fourth CEO of the Hupac Group - and also the first woman to head the company. With her appointment, the Group has gained an internationally experienced leader with proven expertise in the areas of logistics, supply chain management and organizational development. The top manager has already lived and worked successfully in all of the Hupac Group's main markets.
Focus on strategic development
With this decision, the Board of Directors is setting the course for the next development phase of the Group. The focus is on the strategic further development of combined transport, the expansion of sustainable transport solutions and the strengthening of Hupac's market position as the leading provider of intermodal overland transport in Europe.

During the transition phase, operational management will be ensured by the two deputy CEOs, Benedetta Masciari and Alessandro Valenti, and by Bernhard Kunz, Delegate of the Board of Directors.
