A 24-year era is coming to an end: Regina Gripenberg, responsible for Finance and HR at Opacc Software AG until the end of March, is handing over her position to her successor Remo Studer. Regina Gripenberg comes from the hotel and tourism industry and joined Opacc, which was still a small company at the time. She shaped the company's development through stable finances and the consistent development of the administration. Among other things, she introduced a structured company health management system (Friendly Work Space certification). Regina Gripenberg will continue to contribute her experience to the Opacc Board of Directors, but will now have more time for her leisure activities such as traveling and golf.

Remo Studer takes over

Remo Studer (50) has been with Opacc since December 2025 and took over the CFO function after a structured handover and is a member of Group Management. He completed a commercial apprenticeship at Alpiq and took on a management position at Swisscom at an early stage. Remo Studer holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the FHNW. He has also worked for ABB and Franke. As CFO at Montech for many years, he was responsible for finance, HR, IT and international expansion. Remo Studer has an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills and a broad skill set. «I am delighted to be taking on responsibility as CFO at Opacc. Together with Group Management and our employees, I want to actively shape the future and make my contribution to sustainable growth. I would like to thank Regina Gripenberg for her many years of formative work and the strong foundation on which I can build,» says the newly appointed CFO. Opacc is thus ensuring continuity and strengthening the further development of its financial and management structures in line with its long-term corporate strategy.
