Witzig Alteco Digital Services AG (WADS) is an established provider of managed print and digital services in German-speaking Switzerland and has built up an excellent reputation in recent years. The company stands for customer proximity, high service quality and innovative and customized solutions for the digital workplace. With an experienced team of around 75 employees and strong regional roots, WADS ideally complements the Faigle Group's existing portfolio.

WADS will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary within the Faigle Group and will continue to trade under the name Witzig Alteco Digital Services AG - now with the addition «a Faigle Group company». Operational management will be ensured by Faigle, thus guaranteeing maximum synergies and a close connection to the Faigle Group. This creates the basis for sustainable and long-term strategic development. At the same time, the proven proximity to customers and the company's entrepreneurial flexibility will be maintained.

The acquisition of WADS is a significant step in Faigle's strategic development. «The merger allows us to bundle existing expertise and create additional synergies - with the clear aim of offering our customers even more comprehensive and efficient solutions,» says Armin Bäbler, CEO of Faigle AG.

Dr. Andres Iten, owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Faigle Group, emphasizes the continuation of the existing partnership between WADS and Swisscom (Schweiz) AG. «It opens up additional development and growth opportunities for us and further expands our market position.»
