Faigle reorganizes management after WADS takeover

The Faigle Group is integrating the recently acquired Witzig Alteco Digital Services (WADS) directly into its operational structure. With targeted personnel decisions, the company is focusing on continuity and internal expertise.

Marco Marmo takes over CEO role at WADS

On April 9, 2026, Marco Marmo will move from his position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Faigle to the role of CEO of Witzig Alteco Digital Services. The former COO will be responsible for driving forward the integration of WADS and tapping synergies within the Group.

Marmo succeeds Ueli Graf, who has built up and shaped WADS for almost two decades. Graf will remain with the company as Key Account Manager and will continue to contribute his customer proximity and industry knowledge.

Adrian Kramer as new COO of Faigle

Adrian Kramer will take over the position of COO at Faigle, which is vacant due to Marmo's move. He has more than 25 years of management experience and was most recently Head of Technology and Support. In his new role, Kramer will be responsible for Faigle's operations and will ensure the quality of service during the further growth phase.

The appointment of internal managers to both key positions speaks for the strength of the team.

Faigle is an owner-managed family business with around 300 employees and is the largest manufacturer-independent provider of managed print services in Switzerland, offering solutions for business process digitization and business process outsourcing. Witzig Alteco Digital Services employs around 75 people at several locations in Switzerland and specializes in modern working environments and digital workplace solutions.
