New Management Team at Convotis Switzerland
As part of the acquisition of the Glaux Group, a new seven-member executive team at Convotis Switzerland will assume operational responsibility effective July 1, 2026. The formal merger of the two companies is scheduled for the first half of 2027.

Following Convotis Switzerland’s acquisition of the Glaux Group, the future management team of Convotis Switzerland has been appointed. The new management team will assume operational responsibility effective July 1, 2026, and will lay the foundation for the joint development of both companies.
Two separate companies until the merger
The Glaux Group and Convotis Switzerland will remain separate companies until the legal integration is complete. The formal acquisition is scheduled for the first half of 2027 and is to take effect retroactively as of January 1, 2027. With the subsequent absorption merger, the Glaux Group will be fully integrated into Convotis Switzerland. However, starting July 1, 2026, day-to-day operations will be managed by a joint executive board. In this way, both companies are establishing uniform management structures early on and setting the course for a successful shared future.
An Overview of the New Management Team
The management team at Convotis Switzerland will be composed as follows going forward: Vito Critti will take over as Chief Executive Officer. Nigetha Vijayakumaran, as Chief Financial Officer, will be responsible for Finance and Controlling. Ueli Aregger, as Chief Business Development Officer, will be responsible for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Andreas Ressnig, as Chief Delivery Officer, will be responsible for Digital Solutions, Governance, the Glaux projects, and maintenance and support. Roger Rhyner, as Chief Operations Officer, will lead Operations and Infrastructure Services. Joseph Melettukunnel, as Chief Technology Officer, will be responsible for Technology and Engineering. Erika Heuberger rounds out the executive team as Chief Human Resources Officer, with responsibility for People, Culture, and Corporate Services.
