Collana Acquires Netwise and Strengthens Its CRM Expertise

The Collana Group is acquiring the Warsaw-based IT service provider Netwise, thereby expanding its international portfolio in the areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, automation, and Agentic AI. The Group’s Swiss customers will benefit from expanded expertise in the global CRM business. Netwise will remain on the market as an independent brand.

The Collana Group is acquiring Netwise, a Warsaw-based IT service provider specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. With this merger, the European IT group is expanding its offerings to include international CRM expertise and strengthening its capabilities in the areas of automation and Agentic AI.

A Strategic Move into Central and Eastern Europe

Netwise was founded in Warsaw in 2008 and employs approximately 120 people. The company supports customers in over 40 countries with the digital transformation of their sales and service processes and has already been named «Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner of the Year» seven times. With this acquisition, the Collana Group is expanding its geographic presence to Central and Eastern Europe for the first time.

Collana already operates several subsidiaries in Switzerland—including Option 4.0, Data Dynamic, Collana Health, and Collana Solutions. With the addition of Netwise, the company now gains further expertise in the international CRM business as well as in cross-border Dynamics 365 projects.

Cultural Fit as a Decisive Factor

Dirk Wieland, CEO of the Collana Group, emphasizes the strategic importance of the merger: «Netwise not only complements our expertise but is also a great cultural fit for the Collana Group. We are particularly looking forward to implementing larger international projects that were not previously possible.»

Jakub Skałbania, founder and CEO of Netwise, also highlights the entrepreneurial alignment: «We’ve been looking for a partner for some time now—one that not only brings a strong financial foundation but also shares our entrepreneurial vision. In the Collana Group, we’ve found exactly that: being part of a larger whole while retaining our own strengths and identity.»

Continuity and Independence for Netwise

Even after the merger, Netwise will remain active in the market with its existing team and brand, while gaining access to the resources and expertise of the Collana Group. Netwise’s existing shareholders will remain associated with the company and, as part of the transaction, will reinvest a significant portion of their stake in the Collana Group.

One of the driving forces behind the expansion is the Swiss private equity firm Ufenau Capital Partners, based in Pfäffikon (SZ). It has been the majority shareholder since the group’s founding in 2020 and, together with Collana, aims to bring together specialized IT companies in Europe.
