AI: The technology is ready—but people are hesitant

Technically, AI could achieve a great deal, but in practice, too little is happening (so far). The reasons for this impasse lie in barriers related to knowledge and willingness. To overcome them, what is needed above all is investment in employees and the right framework conditions.
