Spitch, provider of a highly scalable collaborative agentic AI platform, can look back on a strong financial year 2025/26: sales climbed by more than 25 percent and 46 new well-known companies joined as customers. Spitch now serves more than 200 corporate clients worldwide, including Migros Bank, Ozinga, PostFinance, Helvetia Baloise Group, PagoPa, AMAG, CSS, DSK Bank, Berner Kantonalbank, BLS, Enercom and well over 20 Volksbanken in Germany. Other customers come from Europe, the USA, Central Asia and Latin America.

At the same time, Spitch has succeeded in further expanding its presence in core industries such as banking, insurance, public administration and utilities. «Our strategy of developing from a »talking AI' to an 'acting AI' has been extremely well received by our customers," explains company founder and CEO Alexey Popov. In response to increasing demand, Spitch expanded its personnel capacities in Germany and Switzerland as well as internationally in the past financial year.

Platform approach for the entire customer experience lifecycle

Spitch further developed its Collaborative Agentic AI platform in the financial year to cover the entire interaction cycle in omnichannel customer service - before, during and after customer contact. Voice, chat, text and email communication are supported with the aim of measurably improving both the customer and employee experience.

The platform combines central modules in an integrated environment: Virtual Assistant, Speech Analytics, Voice Biometrics, Quality Management, Agent Assist, Agent Training, Knowledge Agent and Chat Platform. «This unified approach enables companies to identify automation potential with human-in-the-loop approaches, optimize customer journeys and transform real customer interactions into practical training and coaching scenarios for continuous improvement of the customer experience,» explains Popov. He clarifies: «Artificial intelligence should support people, not replace them.»

Spitch attaches great importance to trustworthy and regulatory-compliant AI solutions in accordance with the EU AI Act, Swiss regulatory requirements and other national and EU-wide specifications. The provider remains flexible in terms of its operating model: the platform can be used in cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments.

Gradual introduction with clearly measurable benefits

A key differentiator in the 2025/26 financial year was Spitch's structured go-to-market strategy. Companies can start with a use case that is particularly relevant to them and then gradually add further use cases. Thanks to a portfolio of eight coordinated products for a wide range of applications, these steps can be combined on the collaborative Agentic AI platform.

This concept has been very well received by customers: In the 2025/26 financial year, numerous companies put newly launched products into operation - with a significantly reduced time to productive use. «The fact that many customers are gradually expanding their existing installations with additional products on the way to full platform utilization speaks for remarkably strong customer loyalty,» Popov is pleased to report.

The growing demand from the Volksbanks in Germany is a prime example of this development. Of the well over 20 Volksbanks in the customer base, many new institutions were added in 2025/26 alone. At the same time, interest from other financial service providers and from the utilities sector is growing noticeably.

Partner network gains in importance

Spitch also further expanded its global partner program in the 2025/26 financial year. «Many partners are now increasingly acting independently and covering larger parts of the sales and implementation process themselves,» says Popov, emphasizing the high level of expertise and loyalty in the partner network. Together with its partners, Spitch offers numerous industry-specific services over and above the product range throughout the entire customer life cycle - from initial consultation to implementation and continuous optimization.

Spitch was founded in 2014 and is an international provider of collaborative agentic AI solutions headquartered in Switzerland. With its open, modular platform, Spitch supports companies in intelligently automating customer interactions and making customer service processes more efficient with AI.
