Economiesuisse Joins ComImpact as a Partner Member

Switzerland’s leading business association is bolstering the ComImpact industry initiative: As of July 2026, Economiesuisse will become a new partner member of the professional association. This further expands the network dedicated to promoting CommTech expertise in marketing and corporate communications.

The ComImpact professional association has gained another prominent member in Economiesuisse. The addition of Switzerland’s largest business association underscores the growing importance of CommTech as a key competency in modern corporate communications. ComImpact now has a total of sixteen partner members, in addition to its six strategic partners—Farner Consulting, HWZ, Media Focus, Mobiliar, UBS, and Webrepublic.

Sharing experiences as a key element

The initiative, supported by the ComImpact association, aims to make the key competency of CommTech quickly, widely, and easily accessible to Swiss marketing and communications professionals. To this end, members regularly organize free CommTech events that promote the exchange of knowledge and experience among professionals in marketing and corporate communications.

Silvan Lipp, Head of Communications at Economiesuisse, explains the decision as follows: «As a partner member of ComImpact, we are part of a strong network that is deeply engaged with developments in the fields of CommTech and AI applications. This exchange of expertise is invaluable for the ongoing development of our communications. This strengthens our strategic focus and increases the impact of our communications.»

An internal working group as a foundation

Economiesuisse already has an internal structure in place for this collaboration. Nicola Sollberger, Communications Project Manager at Economiesuisse, adds: «With our internal CommTech working group, we have laid the groundwork for quickly identifying, testing, and implementing new technologies. We will actively contribute this experience to ComImpact.»

The ComImpact association was founded in February 2021 and has since established itself as a major player in the Swiss communications industry. In addition to Economiesuisse, the network’s members include Aclevion, BKW, Dreifive, the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland, Myconvento, OMD, SBB, Swiss Post, Swisscom, Swiss Re, Pressrelations, Publicis, Sonova, the Swiss Reputation Group, and the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). The associations IAB, LSA Leading Swiss Agencies, Page Society, PR Suisse, and the SWA (Swiss Association of Advertisers) have served as patrons.
