Training course for professionals
In 2008, BFU therefore launched the "Playground Safety Specialist" course. The course was aimed at playground equipment manufacturers, playground designers and persons responsible for the maintenance and inspection of playgrounds. Das Swiss Safety Center hat den neuen Lehrgang «Qualifizierte Spielplatzfachperson» ausgearbeitet und bietet diesen seit diesem Jahr an. Der Lehrgang wird mit dem Zertifikat «Qualifizierte Spielplatzfachperson» abgeschlossen und stellt den höchsten zu erlangenden Abschluss in der Schweiz dar. Die BFU und das Swiss Safety Center haben sich entschieden, bei der Ausbildung von Spielplatzfachpersonen zusammenzuarbeiten. Ab 2023 bietet die BFU deshalb den eigenen Zertifikatskurs nicht mehr an, sondern wirkt beim Swiss Safety Center-Lehrgang mit.Playground safety remains important topic at BFU

BFU will continue to pass on the knowledge of how to recognize danger spots during the maintenance of children's playgrounds in 1-day courses.
