GPSR: What companies need to know

The EU Regulation 2023/988 on General Product Safety (GPSR) was adopted on April 25, 2023 and came into force on December 13, 2024. While the regulation applies directly to companies in the EU member states, Swiss companies must comply with the new safety and labeling requirements.
