Christian Fichera to Become the New Head of IT Security Consulting at Swiss Infosec
Effective September 1, 2026, Christian Fichera, an experienced cybersecurity expert, will take over as head of IT Security Consulting at Swiss Infosec AG and will simultaneously join the executive board. The multi-certified security specialist brings more than 15 years of practical experience in the areas of offensive security, GRC, and strategic security management.
Christian Fichera joined Swiss Infosec AG on September 1, 2026, as Head of IT Security Consulting and a new member of the Executive Board. He succeeds Niklaus Manser, who is leaving the company to pursue new professional challenges.
Broad expertise in technology and leadership
Christian Fichera studied mathematics and computer science at the University of Strasbourg. After gaining his first international experience as a software analyst, he discovered his passion for cybersecurity and applied it in several high-level leadership roles. He has more than 15 years of practical experience in the areas of offensive security, GRC, and strategic security management, and is familiar with both the technical and organizational aspects of cybersecurity. In addition to his leadership and communication skills, Fichera holds multiple certifications, including Certified Security Manager (CISM).
In addition to his leadership role, Fichera will advise organizations across various industries as an external CISO and conduct security audits, penetration tests, risk analyses, and red team engagements.
