Greenovation Award 2025: Nomination deadline has started
Sustainability is more than just a trend - it is a key success factor for future-oriented companies. The Greenovation Award aims to put the spotlight on sustainable innovations from Eastern Switzerland.
With the Greenovation Award, Eastern Switzerland honours organizations that take responsibility with innovative solutions and actively shape the future. As of now, SMEs, start-ups and other organizations can be easily nominated online - via a short questionnaire.
Award for role models in sustainability and innovation
The award ceremony will take place on October 23, 2025 as part of the Greenovation Summit at Bühler AG's CUBIC Innovation Campus in Uzwil. The awards recognize pioneering products, projects and services that combine sustainability with innovative strength and economic success. An independent jury of experts selects the winners. "With the award, we want to show how diverse and practical sustainability is implemented in Eastern Switzerland. We want to make these role models visible to a broad public," says jury member Martin Oswald.
Who can nominate?
Anyone and everyone! You can submit your own company or other inspiring role models. We are looking for sustainable initiatives that inspire, have an impact and encourage imitation. It's that simple:
- Select a company that is particularly committed to the environment, society or innovative sustainability solutions.
- Fill in the online questionnaire.
- Briefly describe the project and send it off - done!

Award highlight of the largest sustainability event in Eastern Switzerland
The "Greenovation Summit" is an initiative of Galledia AG that makes sustainable concepts of Eastern Swiss companies and organizations visible for the first time. The "Greenovation Summit" is the largest regional conference for decision-makers in SMEs in the field of sustainability. Every year, the Greenovation Summit brings together around 200 decision-makers from SMEs, start-ups and established companies. In addition to top-class presentations and interactive breakout sessions, the presentation of the Greenovation Award is the festive highlight of the event.
