Roman Mayer<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Mayer, a 42-year-old lawyer, will take up his post on May 1, 2016. He succeeds Franz Schnider, who will leave the SFOE at the end of February 2016 after around five and a half years of service.<\/p>\n

Mayer has several years of experience in the cantonal administrative environment as well as extensive knowledge of licensing procedures and lawmaking, the SFOE writes.<\/p>\n

The SFOE's Law, Hydropower and Waste Management Division (RWE) includes the Energy Law and General Law, Energy Market Law, Nuclear Energy Law, Electricity Pipelines and Water Law, Hydropower sections and the Radioactive Waste Management section.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
