Because they are confronted with completely new challenges and questions in the networked world: What impact does increasing complexity and networking have on leadership? In it, the founder and director of the Institute for Leadership Culture in the Digital Age (IFIDZ), Frankfurt, provides readers with the certainty:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Orientation important <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is no need to panic. Because in the modern, digital world, many things are changing, but not everything: People remain people, and leadership must change, but is more in demand than ever.
