(Image: www.depositphotos.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The decision to offer the CAS Marketing Management in modular form reflects the ongoing trend towards individualization in education. Students and companies can design their continuing education as a needs-oriented portfolio of topics by choosing from a broad spectrum of currently 20 selected modules that are precisely tailored to their specialist skills and needs.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Flexibility for students and companies<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Classroom instruction at the HWZ for this CAS lasts at least 16 days, and the entire program must be completed within two years. Students have the opportunity to put together their individual CAS portfolio according to their needs and complete the program with a certificate thesis. This flexible and modular structure is aimed at students who wish to expand their specialist skills in an individualized and highly flexible manner.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Consulting for customized CAS programs<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The HWZ offers consultations on request to support students and companies in putting together a tailor-made CAS. This individual approach makes it possible to tailor the continuing education program precisely to the needs and goals of the participants.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Adaptation to the dynamic market<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\"We guarantee students the greatest possible flexibility in a dynamic business environment. The focus is on an optimal combination of theory and practice. This enables students to remain flexible and adapt to the rapid changes in the economy.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>International success as a benchmark<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The success of highly flexible online continuing education courses such as Coursera in the USA shows that modular education is attracting increasing interest worldwide.
