So sollen die Besucher:innen auf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coopjobs.ch\/de.html\" rel=\"noopener\">Coopjobs.ch<\/a> ein echtes Gef\u00fchl f\u00fcr die Kultur und die Werte von Coop erhalten.<\/p>\r\n<p>Erreicht wurde dies durch die neu definierte Bildsprache. Einerseits Modelle und andererseits Mitarbeitende in ihrer tats\u00e4chlichen Arbeitsumgebung repr\u00e4sentieren die unterschiedlichen Rollen innerhalb des Unternehmens und standen w\u00e4hrend elf umfangreichen Shooting-Tagen zur Verf\u00fcgung. Das zeitgen\u00f6ssische Grafikdesign \u2013 ebenfalls von Suan umgesetzt \u2013 soll den Spagat zwischen der \u00dcbernahme der bestehenden Markenelemente von Coop und der Differenzierung des Stellenportals als einzigartiger Kontaktpunkt f\u00fcr aktuelle und potenzielle Mitarbeitende schaffen.<\/p>\r\n<div class=\"wp-video\" style=\"width: 768px\"><video id=\"video-211205-2\" class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.werbewoche.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/SUAN-Coop-Jobs-Mobile-Mockup.mp4\">https:\/\/www.werbewoche.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/SUAN-Coop-Jobs-Mobile-Mockup.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\r\n<h3><strong>Vielfalt in der Coop-Gruppe steuern<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Laut Suan sei ein umfassendes Redesign f\u00fcr ein vielf\u00e4ltiges Unternehmen wie Coop keine leichte Aufgabe. So habe die Zusammenarbeit mit der Inhouse-IT bei der nahtlosen Integration des neuen Designs in die bestehende digitale Infrastruktur von Coop eine entscheidende Rolle gespielt. Diese Zusammenarbeit erstreckte sich \u00fcber das Online-Portal hinaus auf Vorlagen f\u00fcr soziale Medien, Grafiken, Icons, Bilder und Filme.
