(Image: www.GoDaddy.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>Growth expectations and the importance of digitalization<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Positive outlook - almost half of women-led businesses (48 %) expect their business to grow in the next 3 to 5 years. This is according to the GoDaddy survey carried out in January. Female entrepreneurs start up mainly out of passion (30 %) and for more flexibility (20 %), whereas only 8 % start up out of a specific idea for a product or solution.<\/p>\n<p>Although men and women have different reasons for starting a business, they agree that digitalization is crucial to the success of their company. (Men with 77 % and women with 78 %).<\/p>\n<p>According to the survey, the focus of digital transformation differs between women and men: female small business owners focus on improving customer loyalty and experience (53 %) and optimizing internal communication and collaboration (40 %). Male small business owners, on the other hand, prioritize increasing efficiency (49 %) and integrating new technologies such as AI for innovation (34 %).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>AI opportunities: women still more reluctant than men<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Female entrepreneurs are less confident about the integration of AI technologies than their male counterparts. According to recent survey data, only 54 % of women compared to 76 % of men are optimistic about the integration and further development of AI technologies in their companies.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Online marketing in focus<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the run-up to 2024, more female-led companies intend to increase their investment in online marketing. According to the GoDaddy survey, 71 % of these companies plan to invest in this area - a positive outlook for 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Alexandra Anderson, Marketing Director DACH at GoDaddy, comments on the results of the study: \"The results of our survey show the potential that lies in female-led companies.
