The acquisition by Infoniqa opens the doors to new markets for Sawayo and enables it to implement its own technologies and ideas on a larger scale in the DACH region. The merger also allows Sawayo to expand its product portfolio to include solutions for enterprise resource planning (ERP), payroll and financial accounting, order management and business process outsourcing (BPO). In addition, Sawayo will benefit from a broader customer base and the resources of a market leader in DACH. Infoniqa aims to bring new impetus and innovation to the market through the acquisition.<\/p>\n

\"Together with Infoniqa, we can now focus even more strongly on optimizing the end-to-end process flow of previously tedious administrative and bureaucratic tasks,\" says Andreas Wieczorke, one of Sawayo's managing directors. \"This frees up important human and financial resources in the companies for their core business. A win-win situation for our customers.\"<\/p>\n

Sawayo has so far been managed by two managing directors who combine innovation expertise and experience: Serial entrepreneur Andreas Wieczorke and 25-year-old Bjarne Wilhelm drive the innovation processes forward with creativity and energy. At the same time, with a realistic view of what is feasible, they ensure that the focus is always on the benefits for customers.<\/p>\n

As part of the transaction, Infoniqa is integrating the Sawayo team and expanding its product range with modern technologies. Existing customers of both companies can expect even more user-friendly and modern solutions in the future.<\/p>\n
