Internet service provider iWay - an SME with just over 70 employees - will remain one of Switzerland's leading telecommunications providers in 2025. In the latest telecoms rating by business magazine Bilanz, the company was awarded top places in several categories by both business and private customers.<\/p>\n

An outstanding result is the first place for mobile communication for companies. According to the rating, iWay was particularly convincing in terms of quality, flexibility and support. In the Cloud Services for Companies category, iWay came second against strong national and international competition. With 3rd place in the ISP & Corporate Networks category, iWay confirmed its strong market position in providing companies with Internet and network services. iWay also achieved strong results with private customers. They awarded iWay second place in the Internet access and fixed-line telephony categories. In mobile communications and cloud services for private customers, iWay once again took top places, coming fourth in both categories.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1995, the company has established itself as a reliable and innovative partner for companies and private individuals and underlines its goal of continuing to meet high standards of service and quality in the future, as detailed in a press release. iWay CEO Markus Vetterli is delighted with the results: \"This excellent performance compared to the most important Swiss telecommunications providers reinforces our commitment to consistently offering the highest quality and customer proximity. We would like to thank our loyal customers and the entire iWay team, who continue to build on this success every day with commitment and innovation.\"<\/p>\n

The Bilanz-Telekom rating is one of the most important industry surveys in Switzerland. It is based on ratings from 731 business and 9012 private customers throughout Switzerland. In addition to quality, innovation and price, the ratings take particular account of customer service.<\/p>\n
