Its goal is to make better use of the potential of skilled workers in Switzerland. The implementation of the measures is in full swing. It is now also possible to apply for financial support for projects. The subsidies amount to CHF 400,000 per year. They come from the FKI budget and are available until the end of 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The selection is made by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO according to clear criteria. The number of projects supported each year is limited to a maximum of eight. They must relate to the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Post-qualification and higher qualification according to the needs of the labor market;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Improving the compatibility of work and family;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Creating good conditions for gainful employment up to retirement age and beyond;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Promote innovation to ease the shortage of skilled workers due to higher productivity.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Project funding is open to all fields of action. Due to the available funding, the number of projects will be limited by means of a selection procedure. Interested parties can participate in the selection procedure until 01 August 2016 by submitting the application form provided.
