(Image : Unsplash)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral voit de grandes chances pour une place financi\u00e8re suisse durable. Il veut cr\u00e9er les conditions-cadres qui permettront \u00e0 la place financi\u00e8re d'\u00eatre comp\u00e9titive dans le domaine de la finance durable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Groupe de travail interne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de son d\u00e9bat du 26 juin 2019 sur une place financi\u00e8re suisse durable, le gouvernement suisse a mis en place un groupe de travail interne et l'a charg\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 diverses clarifications sur cette question. Sous la direction du Secr\u00e9tariat d'Etat aux questions financi\u00e8res internationales (SFI) et en \u00e9troite collaboration avec l'OFEV et d'autres autorit\u00e9s telles que le D\u00e9partement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res (DFAE) et le Secr\u00e9tariat d'Etat \u00e0 l'\u00e9conomie (SECO), le groupe de travail se concerte \u00e9galement avec les acteurs du secteur des march\u00e9s financiers et les organes externes int\u00e9ress\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ce groupe de travail a notamment pour mission de discuter de la r\u00e9glementation des march\u00e9s financiers sous l'angle de la durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectifs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toute action n\u00e9cessaire doit r\u00e9pondre aux objectifs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux suivants : l'augmentation de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de la place financi\u00e8re suisse, notamment l'am\u00e9lioration de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande de produits financiers durables, et la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs climatiques. En cons\u00e9quence, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a maintenant charg\u00e9 le DFF d'approfondir les points suivants sous l'angle des risques climatiques et environnementaux, respectivement de leurs cons\u00e9quences :<\/p>\n<p>1. obligation de publier syst\u00e9matiquement des informations pertinentes et comparables pour les clients, les propri\u00e9taires et les investisseurs ; 2. renforcement de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique en relation avec les obligations de diligence ; 3. prise en compte des risques climatiques et environnementaux ou de leurs effets dans toutes les questions touchant \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 des march\u00e9s financiers.<\/p>\n<p>La politique du Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9 dans le secteur financier s'oriente sur le principe de la subsidiarit\u00e9 de l'action \u00e9tatique ainsi que sur la primaut\u00e9 des approches de l'\u00e9conomie de march\u00e9. Ces principes devront \u00e9galement \u00eatre pris en compte lors de l'examen des questions susmentionn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Au printemps 2020, le groupe de travail pr\u00e9sentera ses conclusions sur l'impact du plan d'action de l'UE pour un secteur financier durable sur la place financi\u00e8re suisse et dressera un bilan des mesures prises \u00e0 ce jour par le secteur public et le secteur financier.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/\/www.admin.ch\">www.admin.ch<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Der Bundesrat sieht grosse Chancen f\u00fcr einen nachhaltigen Finanzplatz Schweiz.
