(Image symbolique : Unplash)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Dans le cadre de la transition vers une gestion des d\u00e9chets plus respectueuse de l'environnement, la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration devrait montrer l'exemple, \u00e9crit la Commission de l'environnement, de l'am\u00e9nagement du territoire et de l'\u00e9nergie du Conseil des Etats (<a href=\"\/\/www.parlament.ch\/de\/organe\/kommissionen\/sachbereichskommissionen\/kommissionen-urek\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CEATE-E<\/a>) dans une\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.parlament.ch\/press-releases\/Pages\/mm-urek-s-2020-02-18.aspx?lang=1031\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Communiqu\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0\u00e0 l'occasion de sa session du 17 f\u00e9vrier. Lors de celle-ci, la CEATE-E a adopt\u00e9 \"\u00e0 une nette majorit\u00e9\" plusieurs motions allant dans ce sens, peut-on y lire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mesures contre le littering\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Concr\u00e8tement, une motion de l'ancien conseiller national Peter Schillinger (PLR\/LU) a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e par neuf voix contre deux et une abstention. Dans la\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.parlament.ch\/de\/ratsbetrieb\/suche-curia-vista\/geschaeft?AffairId=20194296\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Motion 19.4296<\/a>\u00a0Schillinger demande que la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration, les cantons et les communes utilisent chaque fois que possible des mat\u00e9riaux de construction recycl\u00e9s dans les projets des pouvoirs publics.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Selon le communiqu\u00e9, la CEATE-E s'est m\u00eame ralli\u00e9e \u00e0 l'unanimit\u00e9 aux motions des conseillers nationaux Jaques Bourgeois (PRD\/FR) et Isabelle Chevalley (PVL\/VD). Dans la\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.parlament.ch\/de\/ratsbetrieb\/suche-curia-vista\/geschaeft?AffairId=20194100\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Motion 19.4100<\/a>\u00a0Bourgeois explique que la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration devrait pouvoir prendre des \"mesures d'encouragement efficaces contre l'abandon ou le jet de petits d\u00e9chets\" et demande des modifications l\u00e9gislatives en ce sens.
