La Suisse et le Liechtenstein ont d\u00e9cern\u00e9 le prix d'architecture Constructive Alps \u00e0 Salez. Le prix a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 pour la cinqui\u00e8me fois. Au total, pr\u00e8s de 330 projets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s. Un jury en a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 dix, parmi lesquels les trois premiers ont re\u00e7u un total de 50 000 francs. Le centre agricole de Salez a obtenu la premi\u00e8re place.<\/p>\n

Centre agricole de Salez<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le Centre agricole de Salez se compose d'un centre de congr\u00e8s, d'une exploitation agricole, d'un vignoble d'\u00c9tat et d'un verger. Avec les parcelles d'essai pratique de Flawil, il est g\u00e9r\u00e9 par le Centre agricole SG (LZSG). Celui-ci dispose \u00e9galement de centres de conseil \u00e0 Kaltbrunn et Sargans.<\/p>\n

Selon le jury, le canton de Saint-Gall, en collaboration avec l'architecte Andy Senn, a pos\u00e9 de nouveaux jalons en mati\u00e8re d'efficacit\u00e9 climatique. Le nouveau b\u00e2timent a convaincu le jury car \"il applique de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente et intelligente le principe 'low-tech', une construction aussi simple que possible pour une longue dur\u00e9e de vie\".<\/p>\n

Le b\u00e2timent est chauff\u00e9 par une installation \u00e0 copeaux de bois utilisant une mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re durable provenant de la r\u00e9gion. La centrale de chauffage fournit \u00e9galement, via une conduite \u00e0 distance, l'\u00e9nergie de chauffage pour le p\u00e9nitencier cantonal de Saxerriet et le centre d'enseignement secondaire T\u00fcrggenau de la commune de Sennwald.<\/p>\n

Une installation photovolta\u00efque est install\u00e9e sur le toit plat du nouveau b\u00e2timent. Elle couvre environ 60 % des besoins en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\"Constructive Alps\" de Salez convainc\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le prix Constructive Alps r\u00e9compense des projets convaincants en mati\u00e8re de construction et de r\u00e9novation durables dans les Alpes. La Suisse et le Liechtenstein ont d\u00e9cern\u00e9 ce prix pour la cinqui\u00e8me fois, comme l'indique un communiqu\u00e9 de presse.\u00a0Communiqu\u00e9 de presse<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0s'appelle<\/p>\n

2Le centre agricole de Salez est ainsi l'un des projets qui montrent que l'architecture peut combiner l'esth\u00e9tique et la raison climatique, comme le pr\u00e9cise le communiqu\u00e9 de l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral du d\u00e9veloppement territorial (ARE). Le b\u00e2timent du centre mise sur une construction aussi simple que possible et sur une longue dur\u00e9e de vie. Le canton et l'architecte Andy Senn ont ainsi pos\u00e9 de nouveaux jalons en mati\u00e8re d'efficacit\u00e9 climatique.<\/p>\n

Autres projets gagnants\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le nouveau b\u00e2timent pour le centre agricole de Saint-Gall \u00e0 Salez a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 en mai 2019 apr\u00e8s deux ans de travaux. Une halle de montage dans le Vorarlberg et une auberge de montagne \u00e0 Glaris sont arriv\u00e9es respectivement en deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me position. Outre sept prix de reconnaissance, un prix du public a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois.<\/p>\n
